Wednesday, February 29 - Prep for the Competitions

10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mead Wranglers – drive around and pick up mead from various drop-off locations. Sort  mead, label, set up room, etc. as directed. A car and knowledge of area is a plus! (6 slots)

Friday, March 2 - Commercial Competition

8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Steward – will be pouring mead for judges, handling paperwork, set up and clean up (dress neatly in solid colors, do not wear perfume/cologne)(up to 20 slots)

8:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Judge  – sample and judge meads, fill out paperwork (do not wear any perfume/cologne)
 
 
Saturday, March 3 - Home Competition and Awards Ceremony  

8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Steward  –will be pouring mead for judges, handling paperwork, set up and clean up (dress neatly in solid colors, do not wear perfume/cologne)(up to 30 slots)

8:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Judge – sample and judge meads, fill out paperwork (do not wear any perfume/cologne)

5:30 – Award Ceremony Setup – help prepare for the evenings festivities: prepare medals, put judging score sheets in envelopes, prepare tables, etc. (up to 4 slots)

Sunday, March 4 - Clean Up

9 a.m. – Until it’s done Helpershelp package up and load out unclaimed  mead, package up awards for mailing, clean up Panorama Room/Crown Rock Room/Chautauqua Room as needed, other tasks as directed. (up to 10 slots)
